We called IDS to try to resolve water coming into the walls through our front facade. They responded quickly, were realistic about the likelihood of success, and were able to resolve the problem on their first try. I was particularly impressed with their communication and how considerate and efficient the work crew was, particularly for such a labor-intensive job. I also thought their pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend!
I have spent 6 years managing and repairing a 100yr+ historic building, 2 years renovating my own damaged unit. After dealing with a series of roofers, masons, contractors, architects, structural engineers, water and mold remediators, insurance companies, lawyers, etc., I’ve learned more than I ever wanted about construction and contractors.
I found Jeremy Goldman to be an extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and helpful professional. He has become my go-to for historical repair & maintenance. Long story short, I spoke with Mr. Goldman over a year ago on a project that my board voted to select another outfit (and profoundly regretted). I called Mr. Goldman in — again — as we were experiencing those same water infiltration issues (crisis would be more apt). Mr. Goldman surveyed the property *again* although he remembered us. He explains everything, thoroughly. His expertise is vast and it shows. What I value most is that he shares his candid point of view. What you could do, should do, definitely don’t need to do, etc. We had roof vents that we believe was one of the sources of water intrusion. He created custom covers to ensure that needed air circulation would continue but water intrusion would be precluded. He also looked over the rest of the property and shared his recommendations, considerations, including where Infinity does not do that sort of work, multiple outfits who we could contact.
Mr. Goldman is pleasant to work with, responsive, reliable, timely. Highly recommend and will definitely contact again should the need arise.
The IDS crew did a great job updating and remodeling our fireplace surround. They demolished the existing pillars and tile, installed new tile and drywall, created a custom mantle above our fireplace, and mounted our tv. They were professional, polite, timely, and made sure the dust was contained … and it looks amazing! I’m looking forward to working with them on future renovation projects.
Incredible service. Quick to respond to an urgent situation and addressed the problem effectively and cost-efficiently. The work was high-quality, and it didn’t cost us a fortune. Plus, the on-site team was personable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I couldn’t more highly recommend a company for roofing and flooring needs!
Great job repointing the entire front of our 1900 DC townhouse. Professional, responsive and very sensitive to the historic integrity of the house. I will come back to them.

I am a timely woman so I really appreciated how punctual and responsive this team was with my home projects. With Covid I had concerns about having people in my home, but Infinity responded to my requests and adhered to the COVID guidelines helping me to feel safe with my choice to get work done. I needed some fresh paint and remodeling done and they were easy to coordinate with. Infinity honored our agreed upon budget we scheduled a long time ago which I was grateful for. I referred them to a friends to get windows replaced, that’s how pleased I was with their customer service; I will use them again!
